Is a variety selected for improved forage production, late maturity, seed production, stripe rust resistance, and drought tolerance. Stable and uniform, Elise is a late-maturing orchardgrass with exceptional winter growth. Its maturity date is 1-2 weeks later than Potomac. It is a very high-yielding variety that has great regrowth potential. Elise has shown improved resistance to winter disease, purple eye spots, leaf scald, and leaf rust.
